Wilmington’s nCino, a leader in cloud banking solutions, has acquired DocFox for $75 million. DocFox specializes in automating onboarding systems for commercial and business banking. We’ve enjoyed partnering with Ryan Canin through this journey, and are excited to see what the next chapter holds!
