Position Description: The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring qualified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is essential in building a compassionate, skilled, and reliable workforce dedicated to providing person-centered care. Qualifications: ✨ Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in healthcare, social services, or disability support sectors. ✨ Strong understanding of the DSP role and the unique challenges and rewards it entails. ✨ Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment. ✨ Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. ✨ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. ✨ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ✨ Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to Direct Support Professionals.
