We specialize in health and happiness. You only get one life. We help you live it to the fullest! Our Mission: A Healthier, Happier Me (AHHM) is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides individuals from marginalized communities with the knowledge and resources needed to thrive physically and emotionally. Our Vision: A world where the barriers for physical and emotional well-being in marginalized communities no longer exist. Everyone enjoys an optimal state of physical and emotional health. During our interactive programs (which are filled with life-saving information, but also packed with music, giveaways, and lots of other fun activities), we provide age-appropriate information that is custom-tailored to address the issues impacting participants.
