About us

For more than 100 years, we’ve been helping people get to where they’re going. We were founded on Roadside Assistance, but have progressively expanded our offerings to include insurance, retail, and travel services in order to assist more customers. We’ve created an environment where you can look forward to coming to work and interacting with compassionate people who enjoy what they do and love supporting their team. We’re dedicated to keeping our Associates fulfilled and helping them feel secure. With such a diversity of products and services, our Associates have the opportunity to fulfill customer needs while advancing their own career. AAA Club Alliance received the prestigious Ragan Diversity Award for Allyship in Action in 2021 and in 2023 was a finalist for Ragan’s Corporate Social Responsibility & Diversity Award for our Stepping Up for Hunger campaign. We are honored to be part of an incredible cause supporting Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD). Together, we can raise awareness and honor those affected by impaired driving, remembering the lives lost.

AAA Club Alliance was proud to sponsor Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD)‘s annual fundraiser in Maryland this past weekend. It is truly a great cause and I was honored to represent #AAA, all while honoring the memory of those who have lost their lives on MD roads because of an impaired driver, including my law enforcement and motorcycle family members Baltimore Police Department Sergeant John Platt and Officer Kevin McCarthy, as well as Latin American Motorcycle Association (LAMA) Baltimore member, Zackary Perrone. 💙❤️🩹💛 Many thanks to those who donated!🙏🏽🫶🏽 Your generosity will help raise awareness & support Maryland families who have been impacted by drunk and/or drugged driving. ❤️🫶🏽 Sadly, impaired driving is a senseless crime that is still occurring on our roads daily. And, far too often, these acts are resulting in tragedy and death. 😢💔😭 #WalkLikeMADD ❤️🩹#TeamAAAandFriends ❤️🫶🏽💛💙

We are honored to highlight AAA Associates like Frankie Torres as we celebrate Hispanic History Month. Frankie is currently a Professional Insurance Agent in Toledo, Ohio. With more than 27 years of dedicated service at AAA, she has been a driving force in our organization. She began her AAA career in membership and data entry and became an insurance sales agent in 1997. Her goals include continuing to grow her Insurance book of business with members and non-members alike. Beyond her professional achievements, Frankie embraces her Hispanic heritage. She incorporates her culture into her daily life through delicious homemade dishes, lively conversations in Spanish or Spanglish, and active participation in AAA’s Unidos business resource group. Frankie recommends trying homemade tortillas, rice atole, or butternut/sweet potato empanadas. These dishes are not only delicious but also provide a comforting sense of home. She also likes to play Mexican Bingo (also known as Loteria) with her four grandkids; she says it gives her time to teach them Spanish while having fun and winning prizes! #HispanicHeritageMonth #AAASpotlight

Last week, AAA Club Alliance had the privilege of participating in the Annual Community Cup, a community-wide event in Columbus, Ohio that brings together organizations and businesses to compete, collaborate, and give back. Community Cup is more than just a competition; it's an opportunity to foster new partnerships, strengthen relationships, and make a positive impact on our local community. We firmly believe that by working together, we can create a more sustainable and thriving environment for all. We were honored to be a part of such a meaningful event and look forward to participating again in the future. Thank you to all the organizers, volunteers, and participants who made the Community Cup a success!

¡Feliz Mes de la Herencia Hispana (or happy Hispanic Heritage Month)! It’s a special time to honor our heritage and the accomplishments of the Hispanic community. I have the privilege of serving as Executive Sponsor to the UNIDOS Business Resource Group at AAA Club Alliance. UNIDOS connects Associates from the Hispanic community and their allies, promotes meaningful relationships and fosters innovation. Now in its third year, I am deeply inspired by the impact of this group within our organization and beyond. On Sept. 29th, UNIDOS will sponsor and participate in the Philadelphia Puerto Rican Day Parade. If you plan to attend, please connect with us at the event so we can celebrate together.   To me, Hispanic Heritage Month is about not only celebration, but also a continuation of our efforts to open doors for future generations. By leveraging the diversity of experiences and perspectives, we pave the way for a more inclusive future.   At AAA Club Alliance, we value all voices. If you’re interested in joining our great team, you can visit www.aaa.com/careers to learn more. In the meantime, I hope you explore and enjoy everything Hispanic Heritage Month has to offer in the communities where you live and work!

Let’s celebrate our dedicated AAA Associates who stepped up for our annual Stepping Up For Hunger campaign! These amazing individuals volunteered a total of 558 hours across multiple food banks in our territory, including the Food Bank of Delaware. Their commitment to making a difference in fighting hunger is inspiring, and we’re incredibly grateful for their hard work. Thank you to everyone who participated!
