It is an honor to serve on the Association of Children's Residential & Community (ACRC) Board, we are comprised of individuals from across the USA as well as internationally! MyPath children’s companies are proud ACRC members. Our ACRC board represents people with lived and professional experiences. Last week we converged in Virginia Beach, Virginia for our Fall Board Meeting. ✨ What an incredible full week (day & evening!) with our ACRC board and ACRC staff! 💫 🌍 Spending time together in person allowed us to connect beyond moments on the Zoom screen or via email - building stronger relationships and cultivating trust. We engaged in insightful, thoughtful and diverse exchange of perspectives conversations, collaborated on strategic plans, shared committee updates, spent time selecting conference proposals for the ACRC 2025 Conference in Boston, MA and more! 🤲This time together was more than just work; it was about aligning our shared vision to create impactful experiences and outcomes for the children and families we serve. 💡The collaborations and organic connections made during the week will enable us to continue driving quality and meaningful change in our service provisions. 💜Grateful for this opportunity to serve alongside such passionate and dedicated leaders, united in our mission & vision to improve the lives of children and families across the globe. 💐A special thank you to Robert McCartney of The Barry Robinson Center & Alicia Mahar of CIRCLE A HOME FOR HORSES INC for their exceptional hospitality, hosting, tours, & experiences. 🗣️*shout out to the board & staff I’m connected to on LinkedIn below* #TogetherTheVoice 🌟Kari Sisson 🌟Lisette A.
