We have recently launched the Stelling Properties Building Configurator which won the Product Innovation Award at the recent Explore Offsite Awards. This tool was developed in collaboration with Aalter.ai to leverage digital technology to streamline and enhance every phase of our modular design and construction processes.   The configurator represents a significant leap forward in the application of modular construction for major multi-occupancy residential developments.   It automates design workflows to radically reduce project time and cost, and to empower smarter decision making.
