Ensuring that high-quality, equity-centered coaching is accessible to social impact leaders.
About us
Access Coaching Collective (ACC) ensures that high-quality, equity-centered coaching is accessible to social impact leaders. ACC does this in several key ways: 1.) ACC works with organizations to address leadership challenges by connecting new and experienced leaders to high-quality, vetted coaches. 2.) ACC provides clients with a diverse roster of coaches with a strong equity lens to choose from. ACC recognizes that social and racial inequities often mean that people that hold marginalized identities are often least likely to have access, and our goal to make coaching accessible helps to reduce this gap. 3.) ACC removes barriers for organizations to connect leaders to coaching by taking on the management and administration of running a tailored coaching program at a reasonable cost. Why Coaching? Leaders at all levels are experiencing unprecedented challenges, burnout, and staff and leader transition, and coaching provides individual tailored support for leaders in a way that other professional development can’t. In a recent survey conducted by Crimsonbridge Foundation, coaching was rated as one of the top two things that leaders want access to as they navigate their roles. Some of the key outcomes of leadership coaching are increased self-confidence, enhanced performance, empowerment, a fresh perspective, and job and life satisfaction. Through coaching, leaders can build self-awareness; learn to better leverage their strengths; navigate challenges, including many rooted in systemic issues; improve their listening and empathy skills; address burnout; explore how imposter syndrome may be hindering them; build their confidence as a leader and their sense of executive presence; carve out needed time for reflection and planning; build a growth mindset, and more. Coaching is unique as it is tailored to each individual and their specific goals and growth areas.
