We’re thrilled to announce that Austin Park has been recognized by J Turner Research as a top-performing community in their prestigious ORA Power Ranking!   The Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) score is the industry standard for measuring resident satisfaction and online reputation, and earning a spot in this ranking reflects the dedication of our entire team. Every review, every interaction, and every effort to create a welcoming, high-quality living environment has led us to this moment.   A huge thank you to our amazing residents for their support and feedback, and to our hardworking team for going above and beyond every day!

  • We are thrilled to announce our acquisition of Patchen Oaks, a beautiful 192-unit, fully amenitized suburban garden-style apartment community in Lexington, Kentucky!   Patchen Oaks is ideally situated near Lexington’s largest employers, top-rated schools, and premier retail destinations, offering residents an exceptional living experience. This acquisition builds on our strategic presence in the region, sitting just three miles from Reserve at Hamburg, which we acquired in April 2024. We are excited to add Patchen Oaks to our portfolio and look forward to delivering value to both our investors and residents. Stay tuned for more updates as we execute on our vision for this community!

What a transformation! We are so proud of this project and can't wait to share it with the community. Altura Apartments is now leasing - https://lnkd.in/gfW-GWSh What was once purely functional has been reimagined into an artful community, where every detail reflects a commitment to beauty, comfort, and connection. Altura’s design celebrates “artful living in every detail”—from the soaring ceilings and expansive windows in each unit to the lush, landscaped, grounds that invite you to pause and take in your surroundings.

Old to New In 2015, our team sold 8650 Governors Hill, located in Mason, Ohio to an office investor. This 200,000 SF building was a classic example of a large floor plate office asset.  A “people packer” designed to accommodate as many people as possible in one space, a trend that was particularly popular in the 1980s. Back in October, 9 years later, I had the opportunity to tour this office building turned apartment asset with Dobbs Ackermann of Ackermann Group who has redeveloped this project with Al. Neyer, into one of Greater Cincinnati’s first suburban office adaptive reuse projects, the Altura Apartments. www.livingaltura.com The debate over remote work versus return to office (RTO) continues, but few would, or should argue that a hybrid workforce is here to stay in some form. While major companies like Starbucks, Amazon, Goldman Sachs and 3M press forward on defined RTO strategies, many office buildings will need to be repurposed for new use that will release the potential of an asset that no longer competes as it was designed. Projects like Ackermann’s Altura are great examples of transforming old to new and meeting an unfulfilled market demand for housing alternatives. The ultimate recycling project. • The Cincinnati Business Courier talks about our current redevelopment project, Altura Apartments, in a recent article! We are so excited to welcome our first residents to the community in November. "On the inside, the building’s floor plates, 90 feet in depth, allowed the developer to create floorplans 30% deeper than traditional multifamily units. The extra space results in larger kitchens, bathrooms, closets and living spaces. Oversized windows and 9-foot ceilings accentuate the size of the units. The amount of cabinetry space and kitchen space, meanwhile, is similar to what you’d find in a custom home." Read more at https://lnkd.in/g5Ebu-8y
