Happy to see our client Alicia Chapman, CEO of Willamette Technical Fabricators, LLC featured in Inc. Magazine!
Award-winning journalist, author, and startup ecosystem builder passionate about climate tech and the future of work | Host of TED Tech | Advisor | Investor | Lover of dessert
Excited to share my latest article for Inc. Magazine featuring Alicia Chapman, a leader reshaping the climate tech landscape. After years of combating violent extremism with USAID, Alicia founded Willamette Technical Fabricators in 2020, a Portland-based metal manufacturing company focused on building clean energy infrastructure like hydropower dams and floating offshore wind devices. Her mission is clear: power a greener future while bridging the gap for marginalized communities to ensure sustainable development reaches all. As a fellow Pacific Northwest native, I’m inspired by Alicia’s commitment to creating not just innovative solutions but equitable ones. She’s proof that climate tech can be a force for both environmental and social good. 🌱✨ Check out my interview with Alicia here: https://buff.ly/3YntfBj #ClimateTech #Sustainability #CleanEnergy #WomenInBusiness #Impact #GreenEconomy #IncMagazine #PacificNorthwest

Near me now.... Portland, Oregon.
It was such a treat creating a video that showcases the city of Portland, and having the opportunity to accurately represent the city both in front of and behind the camera. The video features just a few of the incredible small businesses that make Portland such a special place to visit. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a local seeking new adventures, this app makes exploring Portland easier and more enjoyable. While we still have this beautiful weather, get out and enjoy the city! #travelportland #nearmenow #neighborhoodnavigator

Adre successfully sourced a $7,000,000 25-year fixed rate commercial construction loan for Parrott Creek Child & Family Services' residential treatment facility in Clackamas County Oregon. We conducted a Request for Financing (RFF) and received 5 competitive term sheets from interested banks. The team selecting First Citizens Bank to fulfill Parrott Creek's funding goal to deliver a brighter future for Oregon's most vulnerable youth. The loan from First Citizen Bank along with millions in support from various federal and state agencies and private donors is enabling Parrott Creek to transform its ad hoc 50+ year old facility into a national model of excellence for trauma-informed residential treatment campus. Anticipated delivery of the facility is summer of 2025. Congratulations to Adre's Senior Development Manager Joe Swank for his work on sourcing this loan and to Executive Director Simon Fulford and Aaron Stoffers, SVP, Commercial Banker on their successful loan closing! #firstloanclosing #residentialtreatment #oregon
