We wrapped up our final Better Together session of the year with an engaging, best-practices discussion on Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Thanks to Alyssa M. of AllianceBernstein, Maggie Willson of RSM US LLP, and Candice Witter of Asurion for sharing insights on how ERGs are driving meaningful change. Our panelists emphasized the importance of understanding employee needs, adapting strategies, and partnering across ERGs for greater impact. Thank you to all members who joined us for this year’s Better Together series, with special thanks to Dr. Kristen Sharp from HCA Healthcare for moderating.

I may be slow on seeing this, but wanted to give some high praise to Eve Hutcherson and Advancing Women in Nashville for creating and sustaining this wonderful organization and for shining a light on women business leaders. Friends Amanda Weeks-Geveden, CWS and Mekesha Montgomery had the foresight and businesses in Nashville caught their vision.
