Southwest Update: Southwest Airlines reported a net income of $67 million, or $0.11 per diluted share, with an adjusted net income of $89 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, excluding special items. The airline achieved record operating revenues of $6.9 billion in the third quarter and has liquidity of $10.4 billion, significantly exceeding its $8.0 billion in debt.
