Humbled to have been recognized in the top for Hydrology and Hydraulics of Hydropower Engineering. Being an Africa Fellowship for Young Energy Leaders (AFYEL) fellow has had me reading and interacting with other fellows. I have learned about the different types of hydropower systems, the hydrological and hydraulic principles that govern them, and the environmental and social impacts of hydropower development in depths I could never have achieved on my own.
