🙌🏼🎉👏🏼🎉🙌🏼WIT Win 🎉🙌🏼👏🏼🎉🙌🏼 This one has been a long time coming as our team worked through DAFI 36-2110 (published 8 Aug 24) to determine what changes have been made to make the Courtorder Child Custody Program better for ALL Airmen and Guardians. Big shout out to Chandra Pasillas and R Slaman for leading the CCCP team! They are rockstars! They really changed the landscape for this program and continue to work to combat the barriers that still exist. Changes: 1) Program intent clarified “to provide military family stability.” 2) Deferments extended from 12 to 24 months. 3) Consecutive requests for CCCP consideration permitted. 4) Assignment options extended to include Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico. 5) Colocation distance defined as 1 travel day IAW JTR. 6) Time on Station waiver for CONUS available at 25 months, approval authority AFPC/DP2 Assignment Teams for E5/O5 and below enrollees.
