Through the specialized acquisition of general partnership and investor limited partnership interests, as well as the acquisition of debt secured by distressed rental apartment communities, AGPM's founders have acquired, developed, renovated, and managed over 47,000 residential units throughout the country.     Phase 2 of Hibiscus is coming along nicely and will soon be leasing an additional ~100 multifamily units to the Ft. Meyers, FL area! These new units are directly adjacent to Brisas del Sur, a vibrant community we developed back in 2021 and continue to operate with pride. Phase 2 will feature 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR affordable housing units, all with incredible finishes that combine style and comfort. We’re excited to see this project come to life and make a positive impact in the community! Stay tuned for more updates, and be ready to join this amazing new chapter!

    Banyan East Town is one of our latest new construction projects – and is coming along nicely! Located in Altamonte Springs, FL – the community will serve 120 families with 1BR and 2BR options – with excellent common amenities for all residents. We expect the entire community to receive TCO by December – potentially sooner. Continue checking in or follow AGPM for updates on pre-leasing efforts!

    Excited to announce another new construction senior community – Jackson Mariposa. The proposed community will be BDG’s/AGPM’s first downtown Orlando, FL high-rise project with over 138 residential units for seniors in the city. This 100% affordable community will provide top-level apartment interior finishes as well as incredible amenities. The project is still in various stages of design and construction – and we look forward to breaking ground by early 2025.

    On to the next new construction multifamily development with our affiliate BDG and it always starts with the perfect piece of land! We recently closed on construction financing, and we will be breaking ground to start construction very soon. The proposed development (Barnett Villas) will be a 160-unit, garden-style community consisting of 5 residential buildings that will serve low-income families in Orlando, FL. Walking distance from Barnett Park – the community will boast the finest interior finishes across 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR units along with premium amenities for residents.

    What a difference a couple of months makes! Banyan East Town is steam-rolling ahead! From slabs poured to actual structures in such a short period of time is a testament to our new construction development team and GC. At almost 50% complete, Banyan East Town is a multifamily affordable-housing community conveniently located less than a quarter-mile from the Altamonte Springs SunRail Station. The development will primarily serve very-low to low-income families in the area at both 30% and 60% AMIs.

    On to the next one with our affiliate Banyan Development Group (BDG)! Pre-constructions efforts are underway for the proposed “Woodlock Manor” community. Located just south of Kissimmee, FL – the community will serve low-income and very low-income seniors with rents based between 30%-70% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for the region. The community will be located within walking distance of the Poinciana SunRail Station – which will provide residents with easy travel access to 16 different train stations throughout Osceola, Orange, Seminole, and Volusia Counties. Woodlock Manor will be a green-certified property with rooftop solar photovoltaic panels powering all common electric needs. Currently, the community design calls for four (4) separate building structures that are four-stories each. All buildings will have elevators – and the property will maintain best-in-class amenities; including, but not limited to an on-site management office, resident gardens, game room, fitness center, large gathering room, dog park, walking trails, outdoor living/seating, and top-line apartment finishes in spacious apartments with nine-foot ceilings, porcelain tile, window treatments, and washer/dryer hook-ups. Construction closing is expected to be in 1Q 2025 – with construction completed by 2Q 2026. The site will also accommodate a similar second-phase development opportunity – further increasing senior affordable housing opportunities in the region after phase one is completed.
