At the NCE Awards Luncheon of The Arc of the United States in Columbus, Ohio, members of AHRC Nassau’s leadership team celebrated the achievements of two remarkable colleagues. Congratulations to Christopher O'Connor, Chief Operating Officer, who was presented with the Exemplary Mentor Award from longtime colleague Nicole Uterano Ferrar, R.N., Vice President of Health Services. Art class with Arielle is always a fun and peaceful activity. Men and women who benefit from Day Program often visit Wheatley Farms and Arts Center to enjoy the class on this scenic campus. It’s a joyous occasion for all, and everyone leaves with a unique and wonderful piece to take home.
