We are thrilled to announce that AI Clearing has been included in the Reality Capture TOP 50 list prepared by BuiltWorlds ! Our company ranks at the top of the Software - Infrastructure category. The ranking was created based on surveying contractors utilizing innovative solutions, research and case studies. Recent BuiltWorlds’s research states, that three-quarters of construction and engineering companies use site capture software to some extent. But only the small part of these solutions is based on Artificial Intelligence. We are extremely proud of this achievement and would like to thank our clients for the trust they put into our platform!

We are excited to announce that AI Clearing has integrated with Oracle Aconex, another step in our partnership. Most clients use our AI-powered CORE™ platform to detect construction deficiencies (e.g., differences between the design and reality in the field). Now, they can use our new integration to automatically create issues in Aconex and link them to the model, ensuring both systems stay updated. If you're an Aconex user, rest assured that you can continue to process issues as usual. AI Clearing seamlessly integrates with your existing workflows, providing a robust, fully automated data feed that enhances your operations without disrupting your current processes.

Six months ago, AI Clearing set a new standard in the construction industry by obtaining the first global SGS FDIS ISO/IEC 42001 certification as the first company globally🥇. This achievement marked a pivotal moment in our journey, emphasizing our leadership in integrating artificial intelligence within construction with a focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation. The comprehensive six-month preparation and implementation process prior to certification was a testament to our commitment to excellence in AI management and application. Achieving this certification showcased our ability to meet and exceed the most rigorous standards in AI safety and effectiveness, reinforcing the foundation of our mission with the AI Clearing Core platform. Our gratitude extends to SGS for their indispensable partnership and guidance, which were critical in mastering the complexities of the new standards. This recognition reflects the collective effort of our team (led by Dariusz Ciesla, Ph.D. & Jakub Łukaszewicz) and the robustness of our AI management systems, which integrate quality (ISO 9001), information security (ISO/IEC 27001), occupational health and safety (ISO 45001), and the pinnacle of AI management (ISO/IEC 42001). The remarkable progress in 2023, marked by a record 42GW of new renewable power-generating capacity in the US, underscores an era where sustainability meets economic vitality. The solar industry, in particular, has outshone its counterparts, setting new benchmarks for both large-scale and rooftop installations despite the challenges posed by higher costs and supply chain uncertainties. The solar market’s resilience, significantly bolstered by a waiver on tariffs for modules imported from Southeast Asia, exemplifies the sector's capability to navigate regulatory landscapes and emerge stronger. The US infusion of $303.3 billion in energy transition financing, directed toward clean energy technologies, including solar, signifies a pivotal shift towards sustainable development. However, a critical challenge facing the solar industry and the broader construction sector is the acute labor shortage. The Associated Builders and Contractors reports that the construction industry will require an additional 546,000 workers in 2023 alone to meet labor demand. This shortage presents a tangible hurdle to realizing the full potential of solar expansion. It underscores the need for innovative digital tools to attract and train a new generation of skilled workers. Artificial Intelligence emerges as a potent tool in addressing some of these challenges, offering opportunities to enhance efficiency, optimize project management, and streamline operations across the solar value chain. AI's ability to predict solar output, monitor system performance, and manage energy distribution presents a pathway to not only overcoming logistical hurdles but also significantly reducing operational costs and improving the reliability of solar energy. A prime example of AI implementation is PCL Construction, which has successfully deployed AI for years (naturally from AI Clearing).
