Aira Access Events, Offering Visual Interpreting at Disability:IN We are thrilled to launch Aira Access Events at the 2024 Disability:IN Global Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, offering visual interpreting free during plenary sessions and at the host hotel. Through the Aira app, participants can access on-demand visual interpreting, whether individually or in group sessions. Attending events as someone who is blind or low vision can mean difficulty identifying booths in chaotic expo halls, struggling to find the correct conference room, or missing the speaker’s facial expression that made everyone else laugh. Now, we are thrilled to introduce Build AI, Aira's next step toward advancement in AI innovation, specifically designed for the blind and low vision community. What is Build AI? Build AI is a program inviting our US-based Explorers to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. By securely sharing qualifying call recordings with our trusted third-party AI technology partner, Explorers help us tailor innovative AI solutions to better meet the community's unique needs. How to Join Build AI Explorers located in the US who have the latest version of our app can follow these simple steps to sign up for Build AI: 1. Banner Invitation: In the Aira Explorer app, a banner should now appear on the main screen inviting users to join Build AI. 2. Manual Sign-Up: You can also opt in manually under "More" > "Preferences." Toggle on Build AI and agree to the terms and conditions. Benefits of Joining Build AI By opting into Build AI, we are excited to offer 10 free Aira minutes every 30 minutes through our Build AI Access Offer. This program is available to both subscribers and non-subscribers and does not impact eligibility for the 5-minute free offer or Access Partner offers.
