Even after 30 years, the views from our job sites never get old. Standing on top of 262 5th Ave inspecting our Aire Renaissance, LLC louvers with my other career projects in view; WTC T1 to the south and 270 Park Ave to the north. Each one of these projects had design and performance challenges that required my experience to provide the building owners and architects a product that met the mechanical performance of these sophisticated buildings while satisfying the design and NYC Code. We were able to achieve long, uninterrupted spans in unitized sections to Gualini; FivePoint Holdings, LLC;GEA Consulting Engineers;SLCE Architects;CMA Consulting (Construction Management Associates);Aire Renaissance, LLC; #louvers; AMCA International Keep an eye out for more progress photos
