The past 6 months have been, we believe, the most successful spring semester in Alerus Center history with 3 major concerts, 110,000 visitors, and over $16.7-million in economic impact to Greater Grand Forks. Can't wait to see where we end up with so many big events still on the way like 2 nights of Zach Bryan, 8 conferences, and an entire UND Football season.

The City of Thief River Falls has selected Oak View Group to be the new operator for Ralph Engelstad Arena and the Huck Olson Memorial Civic Center, starting July 1, 2024! With this new venture, our comprehensive management strategy will focus on: 📍Increasing event sales and sponsorship 📍Marketing and booking the properties 📍Managing food and beverage services 📍Overseeing day-to-day operations of the venues We'll also provide food and beverage and select management services at the softball fields within the Multi-Events Center and the Tourist Park Campground. We're proud to share that 3 more members of the Alerus Center team, Dominick Washington, Derek Hoffert, and Shelby Looker, have graduated from the IAVM Venue Management School. Additionally, Bre Sypherd and Hennessy Locsin have completed their first year of the 2 year program. Congrats to them and to all the OVG employees from across the country who attended this past week.

Thank you Grand Forks, North Dakota! We set new attendance and revenue records for our Professional Bull Riders, LLC Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour event at the Alerus Center - Oak View Group on Saturday! It takes so many hardworking people to make events happen. A big thank you to the road warriors, riggers, dirt movers, sign hangers and steel builders, IT and graphics miracle workers, audio experts, production workers, arena crew, announcers and show callers, camera operators, tour managers, sports med, bullfighters and safety men, entertainers and of course the wonderful venue staff.
