In this role, you'll administer and improve benefits offerings, lead the annual open enrollment process, conduct orientations for new team members, and collaborate with payroll and external vendors to ensure smooth operations. You'll also analyze benefits data, resolve complex issues, and play a key role in mentoring and training junior specialists. Preferred candidates will be detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about creating impactful benefits solutions, proficient in Excel, and hold a bachelor's degree with at least six years of benefits experience.
