Are you an experienced leader in airline operations with a passion for safety, efficiency, and teamwork? We're looking for a General Manager to lead our team in Punta Gorda, FL. Responsible for leading and managing our day-to-day operations, this leader will help ensure full compliance with all policies from Allegiant and regulatory agencies. In this role, you'll oversee Allegiant’s Punta Gorda-based Flight Operations, Inflight, and Maintenance teams to drive on-time performance, foster team collaboration, and encourage continuous improvement.
