Erin Dutton's journey in the allergy and asthma field spans over 17 years, showcasing her dedication and expertise. Even before Allergy & Asthma Clinic of West Texas became part of the AllerVie Health network, Erin proved to be an invaluable team member in her practice. She is a strong advocate for team building, recognizing the importance of a solid foundation for both clinical and administrative staff. She encourages collaboration by keeping open lines of communication with clinical and administrative staff- equipping everyone for success. Erin most connects with AllerVie’s core value of care. She believes that fostering genuine connections and showing empathy strengthens team dynamics and boosts productivity and creativity. Her ongoing dedication and caring spirit fueled her team through their recent rebrand to AllerVie Health and upgrade to their digital patient experience, ensuring that patient care was uninterrupted, and staff felt supported. Outside of work, Erin is passionate about interior decorating and loves to make the spaces around her beautiful and functional.
