About Alliance
Alliance’s is one of the most successful and largest public charter school networks. In fact, the Alliance network of schools is bigger than 75% of school districts in California and all 15 eligible Alliance high schools made the US New and World Best High Schools ranking, 14 middle and high schools are considered a Top LA School for closing the opportunity gap for LatinX and African American students.
Our Commitment As An Anti-Racist & Pro-Black Charter School Network
We are implementing lasting change by actively dismantling all systems of oppression through employee-led identity groups, CEO’s Black/AA Advisory Council Comm, hiring a Chief Equity Programs Officer, and addressing hate speech and racial harm in our school sites. Our leadership reflects the communities we serve; 75% of our staff, over 70% of teachers, and nearly 80% of our school admin and network leaders identify as people of color. More than 20% of our network leaders identify as Black.
