    How I find leads to convert to placements. These are mine - from most to least favorite. 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 (𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲) - This is by far my favorite way, despite how contentious online commenters can be. - As a recruiter, I've found the most success building an audience on socials & organically striking up conversations in the DMs that lead to calls/profiles/placements. - I use Facebook primarily - but I've started to dabble in other platforms. 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘀 - Referrals have a very high likelihood of being placed. - Every recruiter should figure out how to get more of these. - A referral is a far better experience compared to a new lead that knows nothing about you. - I use Staffing Referrals to easily automate this process. 𝗣𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 - Pipeline generation is a deliberate skill that I continue to improve at. - But it's the intentional activity to move people from new leads to hot candidate. - This is a great strategy to position people in the rate position at the right time. - I devote daily energy to this process. - I use our ATS and Google calendar/tasks for this. 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗱 - I like the simplicity of this platform. You get the person's resume, number, and email with the subscription. - I've found response rate is fairly high, particularly if you pitch a job that near by. 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 (𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲) - I've noticed that recruiters tend to blast out jobs only. - I don't recommend just pitching jobs all the time. Recruiters have more value than that. - Send people valuable tips, tricks, and training to not only differentiate, but increase your perceived value as a recruiter and nurture people closer to working with you.
