U-Haul Ankeny, IA has been operating for a few months now and we just wrapped up the public road impovements associated with site development. This 18-acre site now features a 3-story, full-service U-Haul facility, offering climate-controlled self-storage, truck rentals, and retail space for moving supplies. In addition, the site includes a standalone 16,800-square-foot U-Box storage warehouse. We're proud to have partnered with U-Haul on this project, and happy to have contributed to their continued success in serving the community.
