We invest deeply in our Sales Development Representative (SDR) program

We know it's essential for SDRs to have extensive training from the moment they join our team and to continue to level up their sales skills. During the first two weeks, SDRs go through intensive onboarding which includes cold call roleplays, mastering outreach tools such as ZoomInfo and Outreach, and learning how to prospect. After onboarding, we have ongoing sales enablement sessions to provide SDRs with the necessary skills to succeed.

We practice equitable territory creation

In designing territories, our goal is to build unique territories for every AE with 20x Total Addressable Market (TAM) compared to an annual quota. This provides an AE with extraordinary confidence there is enough opportunity in the territory to beat their target. To provide AEs with this confidence in their assigned territory, we perform a bottoms up exercise for each company in the territory and find the people, job titles, and locations that align to our ideal customer profile.
