As World Mental Health Day comes to a close, we would like to acknowledge and celebrate everyone who is on their journey towards mental wellness. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as crucial as taking care of your physical health. For a long time, getting mental health care was stigmatized, and seen as weakness or unnecessary. Since the pandemic, however, when mental health issues went soaring, this concept changed dramatically and getting mental health care was more normalized. Today there are a multitude of resources available. So today, on this day of recognition, take the time to look inwards and ask yourself ‘what is my mind telling me I need, what is my body telling me I need?’ You know yourself best and have the ability to care for yourself, which will in turn, allow you to better care for others. For mental health resources you can access the Division of Mental Health and Addiction website at: https://lnkd.in/e5qVcNu2 #WFMHWorldMentalHealthDay #WMHD2024 #WorkplaceMentalHealth #PrioritizeMentalHealthintheWorkplace #MentalHealthintheWorkplace #WorldMentalHealthDay2024 #WorkplaceWellness
