HR/ Accounting Specialist Job Details Primary Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the office environment, including ordering supplies, organizing files, and coordinating with vendors Assist with general accounting tasks such as general ledger reconciliation, account analysis, and balance sheet reconciliation Support the finance team with various financial tasks, including corporate accounting and account reconciliation Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot any issues Assist with HR tasks such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll support Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles Knowledge of HR procedures required Proficient in general ledger accounting and double-entry bookkeeping Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team If you meet these qualifications, please apply online at: https://lnkd.in/eq4xdZXU
