The ceremony was held at Zamil Shipyard in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. ABS Vice President of Global Offshore Renewables, Rob Langford, recently had the pleasure of presenting on risk reduction and considerations for floating #offshorewind at the Floating Offshore #WindTurbine and #Marine Engineering Technology Seminar hosted by the Taiwan Wind Energy Association. With several offshore wind developments and advancements taking place in Taiwan, but also throughout Asia, it's important for regulators, developers, and designers to understand what can be done to mitigate risk and improve safety with offshore wind.
