AHTA provides holistic talent acquisition solutions that help luxury properties hire to succeed, not just survive.
About us
AHTA is focused solely on the luxury hospitality industry and its talent acquisition challenges. In the ultra-competitive hospitality talent acquisition environment of today, most resorts and hotels are looking for ways to accomplish more with fewer resources. The inability for luxury resorts and hotels to hire the right number of qualified team members at the right time has led to an overworked and stressed hospitality workforce. This leads to attrition and unwanted overtime costs, inconsistent guest satisfaction and reduced RevPOR. To complicate matters, the fight to acquire talented and qualified individuals has become more challenging, with candidates having easy access to any company in the country through advancements in technology. In order to address these challenges as an industry AHTA has developed a comprehensive holistic solution that helps luxury resorts and hotels hire to succeed, not just survive. AHTA is a division of Cornerstone RPO (CRPO), one of the most diverse Recruitment Process Outsourcing firms in the United States. CRPO is currently supporting companies headquartered in 26 states, while recruiting in all 50 states, Canada and Mexico. CRPO is a leader in talent acquisition solutions and one of the most diverse RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) companies in the United States. CRPO offers a collaborative and adaptive approach to meet the recruitment needs of our clients. Rolling Out the Red Carpet for Candidates: A Key to Hiring Success! In today's competitive job market, attracting and retaining top talent is more crucial than ever. One of the simplest yet most effective ways to make a lasting impression on potential hires is by rolling out the red carpet during the recruitment process. Here's why it matters: 1️. First Impressions Count: The candidate's journey begins with their first interaction with your company. Showcasing professionalism, warmth, and genuine interest sets the tone for a positive experience. 2️. Reflects Company Culture: How you treat candidates speaks volumes about your organizational values. By demonstrating respect and hospitality, you reinforce a culture that values people. 3️. Differentiates Your Brand: Standing out in a crowded market requires a memorable approach. Going the extra mile can turn candidates into advocates, enhancing your employer brand. 4️. Enhances Candidate Experience: A seamless, enjoyable recruitment process leaves candidates with a positive impression, regardless of the outcome. This fosters goodwill and may encourage future applications. 5️. Improves Hiring Outcomes: When candidates feel valued and respected, they are more likely to accept offers and become productive team members. Investing in the candidate experience pays off in the long run. Make every candidate feel like a VIP from the moment they express interest in joining your team! Need help? Reach out today to discover how together, we can create an inclusive, welcoming environment where talent thrives.
