400 days since October 7. 400 days since our hearts were shattered. 400 days of mourning the dead. 400 days of calling to bring the hostages home. 400 days too many. AJC.org/BringThemHome

The testimonies from last night’s violent pogrom against Israelis and Jews in Amsterdam are truly shocking. Victims were kicked to the ground, suffered black eyes, endured attempted car-rammings, and were beaten with clubs. These assaults are the direct result of unchecked antisemitism. When individuals can openly call for violence against Jews without consequence, physical attacks become inevitable. European governments must act decisively to prevent such horrific events from becoming commonplace.

On the eve of the Kristallnacht anniversary in Amsterdam, Israelis and Jews were brutally attacked with clubs and knives, beaten and kicked to the ground, in scenes chillingly reminiscent of WWII. While we’re grateful for the supportive statements from leaders worldwide, words are not enough. Urgent action is needed to fight back against this blatant antisemitism.

We are horrified by the violent, antisemitic assaults on Israeli and Jewish fans of Maccabi Tel Aviv that took place in Amsterdam. This modern-day pogrom reflects a broader rise in antisemitic violence across Europe since October 7 – fueled not only by an anti-Israel political ideology and extremist interpretations of Islam, but also by the rhetoric and complacency of some European leaders. Symbolically, the attacks were a chilling reminder of Europe’s darkest chapters on the very eve of the anniversary of Kristallnacht on November 9. Read our full statement: https://lnkd.in/gRctHebk

Former hostage Mia Schem continues to speak out about the unimaginable horrors she endured at the hands of Hamas terrorists in Gaza and the urgency of freeing the 101 remaining hostages before it’s too late. While most will never understand the trauma she experienced, her testimony serves as a powerful wake-up call to a world that seems to have forgotten: every day in captivity is another day of hell. #BringThemHomeNow AJC.org/BringThemHome

Today, Hezbollah fired more than 120 rockets into northern and central Israel, forcing millions to seek shelter. An 18-year-old Israeli was murdered. For 396 days, Israeli families have lived under the constant threat posed by this Iranian proxy. All Israelis deserve peace and security. We stand firmly behind Israel’s right to defend itself against terror. https://lnkd.in/ePtPT5Kw

Nati Ganon is going home! After being wounded by Hamas terrorists at the Nova music festival, he has spent nearly 400 days recovering in the hospital. Nati is returning to his three kids, but the reunion is bittersweet. Tragically, his wife Shiran was murdered by the terrorists during the massacre. Congratulations on your recovery, Nati. We celebrate with you and your family and hold out hope that those still fighting for their lives will recover and return home too.
