Grateful, inspired, and honored to recap Thursday's Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility (VBSR) 23rd Annual Awards ceremony. It was a privilege to share the stage with trailblazers Donna Carpenter, owner and chair of the board at Burton Snowboards, the Vermont Professionals of Color Network, and Molly Lawrence, CSR Manager at King Arthur Baking Company. Our most sincere thanks to VBSR for awarding American Meadows, Inc the 2024 Innovation and Inspiration Award. Our hearts are still overflowing from the kind words shared by everyone we met Thursday night. Thank you to Tabar Gifford for her drive and vision to reach 0% organic waste; thanks to Ethan Platt and Mike Lizotte for cultivating a workplace where doing good is a priority. Together, we're growing a brighter, more sustainable future! 🌍💚 🌻

Meadowscaping Makes It Better
About us
American Meadows wants to redefine the world’s understanding of a meadow. When we look out over turf, dirt or concrete we see nothing less than glorious possibilities. Where others may see an urban apartment’s patio, we see a pollinator pit stop for migrating wildlife. Where others may see a suburban lawn, we see opportunity for a cut flower garden. Where others may see a well-manicured country estate, we see a textural wildflower tapestry. Because when we meadowscape, we dig in. We become a force of good, and an advocate for pollinators and the environment, a friend to the community that brings beauty into the lives of everyone who passes by. We transform not only the land – we transform our lives – we nurture our own well-being and cultivate change.

This week, we had an incredible volunteer experience at Intervale Center, where we worked together to clear out garbage and invasive species in support of our local environment. It was a fantastic way to connect with each other, enjoy the outdoors, and make a positive impact on our community.
