Clients often ask us what the cost per foot is to pig (clean) a pipeline. The answer is always a surprise: there is a minimal cost increase to pig 5 miles from 5,000’. We bring this up because our team just wrapped up a 50 MILE pigging project in Pennsylvania!! We tracked the location at known points by placing a transmitter inside the cavity of the pig. Great job guys!

This time we found WOOD!! Last week our ice pigging team brought out a whole bunch of wood on their first push! The project was on a 12” PVC water main in Kalamazoo, MI.
