About us

The American Subcontractors Association, Inc. (ASA), is an IRS section 501(c)(6) non-profit, national, membership trade association with over 2,500 subcontractors, specialty trade contractors, suppliers and service providers serving the construction industry. Recognized as "The Voice of Arizona Subcontractors", ASA is dedicated to improving the business environment for all segments of the construction industry through advocacy, leadership, education and networking. The ideals and beliefs of ASA are ethical and equitable business practices, quality construction, a safe and healthy work environment, integrity and membership diversity. • Join ASA University instructor Caleb Anderson (EOS Worldwide) as he shares strategies to help you tackle one of the biggest challenges facing any construction company today: overburdened, exhausted leaders. In our formative years, research suggests that only 20% of our key influences were positive. So 80% of parents, pastors, teachers, coaches, babysitters, etc., were neutral or negative! Thus, 80% of our default leadership is unhelpful. Our default leadership habits are hurting our teams and our businesses. Caleb will provide methods you can use to level-up your own ability to influence others, and help your high performers become great leaders themselves--ones that can maximize the potential, productivity, and profitability of your teams. The event will be hosted at the new offices of ASA University Title Sponsor Price Kong. Register >> https://ow.ly/l7mh50TfQ8P
