My son Adit Mehta chose to come into the family business during a time of turbulence in the diamond jewelry industry. We wonder Why offer him a platform now, when challenges are mounting? I believe that true growth often stems from uncertainty. Change is inevitable in any industry, but it’s how we approach it that defines us. By embracing this time of disruption, we are inviting innovation, new perspectives, and resilience.
