🏈 Why AI Coaching Needs to Think Like the NFL The contact center industry has seen a surge in interest around AI coaching—automated tools that provide real-time feedback to agents during customer interactions. While it sounds promising on paper, relying solely on AI-only coaching is like only taking to your players during the middle of a game. Real progress happens during practice, where heavy analytics, regimented coaching, and strategy come together. The NFL is a perfect example. 🚨A Lesson from the NFL: Practice Makes Perfect Could you imagine if Andy Reid—or any coach—kicked back during the week and left all the coaching to AI on game day? Obviously, that’s not happening. Instead, coaches leverage AI, advanced stats, and analytics to refine strategies and tailor guidance during the week.
