    Two takeaways from the Data to Delight AMA session with Mark Ezzell and CX leaders from the finance industry: 1. Be realistic about call center transformation and start by taking baby steps. The first step is to bring key stakeholders on the same page. 2. Call center managers were top performers during their time, and they know precisely what call center agents go through every day. Empower the managers to motivate and coach their teams to bring out the best in them.   Thank you to all the attendees for making the AMA session informative and insightful. Call center transformation is not just about adopting the latest technology; it is about taking a human-centric approach to amplify technology's benefits.
