I recently had the exciting opportunity to represent AmplifiedSpace in South Korea, where a series of impactful engagements highlighted the potential for collaboration within the Korean aerospace ecosystem. Here’s a look back at some key moments from the trip: 1️⃣ #AEROTEC2024 Presentation At AEROTEC2024, supported by the Korea Association for Space Technology Promotion, #Gyeongnam Province, The Korea Economic Daily, and Korean Aerospace Administration (KASA), AmplifiedSpace partnered with Patrick Kappel from Creative Destruction Lab to present “From Local Roots to Global Reach: Navigating the New Space Economy.” I shared how AmplifiedSpace is advancing spacecraft manufacturing and emphasized Colorado’s growing role in the global space tech ecosystem. It was inspiring to connect with Korean industry leaders and investors to discuss the opportunities ahead. 2️⃣ Korean aerosKorean Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) In a productive meeting with KARI, we explored how AmplifiedSpace’s software-defined power systems could support their GNSS constellation project, enhancing mission capabilities through adaptable power solutions. 3️⃣ Exploring Partnership and Distribution Opportunities To enhance our impact, I met with potential partners to explore strategic collaborations and distribution opportunities for AmplifiedSpace in Korea and the Asia-Pacific region. Given that this region is experiencing the fastest growth in the industry, AmplifiedSpace is eager to accelerate its innovation efforts.
