I also actively contribute to team problem-solving and seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality throughout the shop floor. ➡️ Q: What's your most memorable moment from your time so far at Impulse? 💬 Maurice: The final machining of our Deneb engine assembly will always be a highlight for me. Knowing it was a one-shot deal and considering the immense dedication and effort that went into this project — the pressure was on. But to be trusted by our leaders and the entire team with that responsibility? It meant the world. It felt as if the hard work, late nights, and challenges I'd overcome throughout my career — it all led to that moment. It was a true privilege. ➡️ Q: What advice would you give to someone considering a career in CNC programming, especially in the aerospace industry? 💬 Maurice: Go for it!
