Did you know not all fats are unhealthy?     Gigi Kwok-Hinsley, DrPH, MS, RDN and Senior Scientist at Amway, recently shared her insights with VegNews on the difference between saturated and unsaturated fats. Consumption of saturated fats can result in artery build up and has been linked to heart disease. Unsaturated fats, however, have a different molecular structure and can actually help support cell function and blood circulation.    Take another step in your health journey by swapping commonly used saturated fats for unsaturated fats, like replacing butter with olive oil.
