Angitia successfully presented the first-in-human data on AGA2118 for Osteoporosis at ASBMR 2024! The presentation was met with great enthusiasm, highlighting dose-dependent increases in bone mineral density. CEO, Hua Zhu (David) Ke, said "AGA2118 is the first stage bispecific antibody to target two key regulators of bone metabolism, and our first-in-human data demonstrate clinical proof-of-concept for AGA2118." Dr. Matthew Drake from Mayo clinic presented the FIH study on behalf of the co-authors. Special thanks to Ann Zovein and Yilong Zhang for presenting the preclinical and pharmacokinetics data and to Ricardo Dent and his team who were responsible for developing a high-quality FIH study.
