📷Flashback Friday. From our humble beginnings as a small, yet fiercely committed team, we have always strived to bring our best to the table each and every day. With a shared sense of purpose and a willingness to push boundaries, we have not only seen our company flourish, but also witnessed the personal and professional growth of our team members and the satisfaction of our valued customers. Though our name may have evolved over time, our core values and unwavering dedication remain unchanged.
The marketing industry is losing its entrepreneurial spirit. Too much data and not enough risk-taking is dragging us down. Data is very important. I'm the CEO of a B2B marketing and data solutions company. I know that all too well. But I also know that we have to find the right balance. Most importantly, we can't forget that it isn't the data itself that counts – everything that's good in our industry, that actually drives results, is down to how people interpret it. Going too mechanical, overly technical and overcomplicated is dangerous. Our customers don’t want it and it kills creative thinking. So let's not overcomplicate things. For me, the solution comes down to the usual things: - Build strong teams with good people. - Unify those teams around the mentality of always doing what’s right for the customer. - Then empower them to think outside the bubble and take risks from time to time. These are lessons I learned early on when Anteriad was a small, scrappy startup. We were super entrepreneurial when there were just a few of us, and it’s that same spirit I want to see in all 900 of our team today.
