Her expertise lies in fats and oils technology, particularly the enzymatic synthesis of functional oils. She has an impressive body of work, including over 100 peer-reviewed publications and leadership of the book "Recent Advances in Edible Fats and Oils Technology". Among her accolades, she was awarded the Gold Award and Best Invention for Women at the 35th International Invention, Innovation and Technology Exhibition for her work on palm milk production.
