Congratulations to Katrina Adams, Resident Liaison at Aperion Care Dolton, on receiving a well-deserved Customer Service Award during National Customer Service Week! 👏 Nominated by her regional VP of Operations, Katrina consistently goes above and beyond in her role. Katrina works alongside the Social Services Director, assisting with tasks like conducting new admission interviews, orienting families and managing residents' discharge processes. But her dedication doesn’t stop there. She often picks up shifts as an aide, transports residents to appointments and gives exceptional tours to potential admissions. Katrina is truly the go-to person at Aperion Care Dolton, always ready to lend a hand wherever needed. A standout example of her commitment occurred on a weekend when the manager on duty was unavailable. Rather than let the potential resident’s family wait, Katrina stepped in to give the tour herself, making such a positive impression that they chose Dolton as their loved one’s new home.
