At Infinity Healthcare Consulting, we are proud to stand in solidarity with the millions of women and men affected by breast cancer. As healthcare professionals, we understand the profound impact that early detection, education, and compassionate care have on improving outcomes for those battling breast cancer. Throughout October, we reaffirm our commitment to promoting awareness, supporting ongoing research, and encouraging routine screenings. Together, we can help save lives by fostering a community where support and prevention are top priorities. To help raise awareness among our employees, Infinity Healthcare Consulting will be wearing pink on each Wednesday of the month in our offices and in our client facilities. Here are some other things that you can do: - Schedule your mammogram and encourage others to do the same. - Learn the signs and symptoms of breast cancer. - Donate to organizations dedicated to research and support, such as Susan G. Komen. #BreastCancerAwareness #HealthcareCommunity #SupportTheFight #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth

Last Thursday, Infinity of East TN had their first Regional Meeting with the Administrators & Directors of Nursing from 6 client facilities. We worked together to build strategies for finishing the year STRONG. We had valuable discussions covering census development, rehospitalization trends, the implementation and impact of our new cardiac program, and improving data collection, QAPI, and LTC Quality Measures. A special highlight was hearing from 2 Directors of Nursing, Amanda Burleson, from The Waters of Roan Highlands, who shared best practices for Pressure Ulcer Prevention, and Samuel White, from Lakebridge, who presented effective strategies for Incident Management. These insights were so impactful, driving us forward in our commitment to quality care. A big thank you to Cody Clark and The Waters of Bristol for hosting this meeting and creating a collaborative space for growth and innovation. The East TN Regional Team is beyond grateful for all of the incredible leaders who pour their heart into their facilities, staff, and each other every single day. Together, we are moving forward with determination and focus, continuing to raise the bar in East Tennessee healthcare! #HealthcareLeaders #QualityCare #LongTermCare #DreamTeam
