Congratulations to Faith Arvin, BSHA, HFA, CDP, Administrator at Aperion Care Monroe, for achieving her facility’s census, quality measures and staffing goals this month! 👏 Since Aperion Care acquired the Monroe location in March, the facility has continued to improve and thrive under Faith's leadership, showing growth in key areas. With over 10 years of experience in healthcare, Faith’s journey began in Dietary during high school. She quickly earned her CNA and QMA certifications and also gained experience in Therapy. After completing her Administrator in Training (AIT) program, she stepped into the Administrator role, where she will celebrate her third anniversary this October. "I shadowed different managers to explore what I wanted to do, and that’s when I realized I was meant to be an administrator," says Faith. "There’s always something new and exciting to take on as a team!" Faith consistently goes above and beyond, exemplifying the qualities of an outstanding administrator. She’s always ready to assist wherever needed. "Faith demonstrates remarkable capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and unwavering dedication to her work," says Dena Kerschner, Regional Vice President of Operations. "Her positive attitude fosters an ideal environment for both staff and residents. Her innovative marketing ideas and support for admissions have had a significant impact—so much so that after a recent admission, Aperion Care Monroe is now at full capacity! It’s clear her staff and residents adore her, which speaks to the positive environment she creates." Outside of work, Faith enjoys photography, graphic design, spending time with friends and family and caring for her blue heeler and 13 chickens. She also owns Arvin Advisors, a small business dedicated to mentoring aspiring administrators, and runs the "Women in Leadership Morgan County" Facebook group for like-minded women focused on personal growth and community support.
