About us

We are the pioneers of Growth as a Service (or GaaS). Our team of world class performance marketers, data analysts, creative strategists, and product managers help drive growth for brands like Shopify, Amazon, TransUnion, and Pantaya. Our unique approach to growth scaled Lyft from three U.S. markets to 100 U.S. markets in under three years, grew the mobile game Marvel Strike Force to $300 million per year in revenue, pushed Paramount to over $50 million in profitable ad spend, and 9x’d ROAS for Dun & Bradstreet’s ad campaigns in just 10 months. Our team has decades of experience. We know that growth is not about hacks, individual contributors, or one-time fixes. It's about a methodical, cross-functional, process-driven approach. We understand what an effective growth function looks like across industries and business stages. We deliver, execute, and integrate time-tested frameworks to help our partners achieve predictable, compounding growth.

I spent $15K getting our remote team together for 3 days. Sound like a frivolous use of company funds? We powered through 2-3 months of improvements in that time. (We also had fun). All 7 of us met in beautiful Vail, Colorado and: → Worked all day in a conference room → Explored Vail Village at night, ate dinner as a group, and talked → Were reminded how impactful in-person work can be We probably accomplished 4x more per hour together than apart during our meetings – But the casual stuff like dinners might have gotten us even more aligned. There was space to talk about kids, partners, & our personal lives. And when work inevitably came up – We’d talk through the day’s issues and resolve them. For the cost of flights, hotels, and food we got: ✅Stronger internal relationships ✅The next 3 months of goals to set up and knock down ✅Total alignment on our strategic direction and ideal customer profile ✅Zero confusion about everyone’s area of focus, new responsibilities, & handoffs We couldn’t have accomplished all of this in 3 days without gathering in person. So we’re trying to make it a habit and meet every 2-3 months. To be clear, I love working remotely – Apex Growth will always be remote-first. We wouldn’t have our talent from Denver, NY, Seattle, SF, and LA otherwise. But in-person stuff helps us build a stronger team – One that will pass its new strength and focus onto our clients. $15K feels like a small investment for benefits like that.
