The aquaculture industry has reached a significant milestone, surpassing wild-caught seafood with a new annual production record: 185.4 million tonnes of seafood and 37.8 million tonnes of algae! Now more than ever, it's crucial for the sector to grow while increasing its sustainable practices. AQUATECHinn 4.0 is at the forefront of addressing these challenges, bringing together European experts to innovate and implement sustainable aquaculture practices.
