Congrats Abigail Cohen on joining 2023 Cohort company Aegis Digital Health / SweetSpot. Abby was the CEO of 2013 Cohort company Sparo Labs, and is now joining another Arch Grants company!
🌟 Thrilled to Share a New Chapter! 🌟 After over a decade of work developing innovative solutions focused on individuals with COPD and other respiratory conditions, I’m excited to announce that I'm jumping in with full force to take on a new challenge in the world of diabetes care with SweetSpot! I am thrilled to be a part of the amazing team at SweetSpot that's passionate about harnessing the power of continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and insulin pumps to transform diabetes management. Our team is dedicated to building on the rapid growth and adoption of these technologies to improve health outcomes and reduce healthcare costs for people with diabetes. SweetSpot lightens the load for endocrinologists and primary care physicians while overcoming the clinical inertia that many times stands in the way of people with diabetes receiving timely adjustments to their therapy and achieving improved glycemic control. We offer providers a centralized solution to manage all their CGM and insulin pump patients seamlessly, supported by a virtual diabetes education team. Looking forward to this next focus in my entrepreneurial journey and all the great things we’ll achieve together! #NewBeginnings #SweetSpot #DiabetesCare #CGM #InsulinPumps #HealthTech #Innovation #EntrepreneurialJourney

The UMSL Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center's Anchor Accelerator cohort is doubling in size to 10 participants, and Arch Grants companies stand to benefit! The EIC has opened applications for five spots in its fifth cohort, with applications due Nov. 8. After several rounds of judging next month, finalists will pitch their business to a panel of jurors in December, with winning participants announced in January. In addition to the traditional five spots in the Anchor Accelerator cohort filled by winning applicants, the EIC will also fill five "Momentum Builder" slots with businesses that have shown "great promise" in other accelerator and incubator programs. These $10,000 grants are available to Arch Grants companies. Link to apply in the comments! cc: Scott Morris, DBA https://lnkd.in/g5AKGNq7

What an incredible achievement by Greater St. Louis area! 📈 5th in the nation for job creation 📈 1st in immigration population growth 📈 16th in GDP growth These impressive milestones were shared at the Inclusive Growth Economic Summit 2024 hosted by Greater St. Louis Inc., representing 15 counties and 1 metro region which I had a humble honor to be a part of, as an economic development professional and investor. The STL 2030 Jobs Plan shows that achieving inclusive growth takes bold collaboration and innovative strategies. It’s inspiring to see the transformative impact we are making together as a community. Proud to be part of the Greater St. Louis region as we continue to thrive, not just survive. #EconomicGrowth #STL2030 #InclusiveGrowth #Community #USAKOGroup
