  • Our team is in the field visiting Capital City Bank Group, Inc., Innovation Park-Tallahassee - North Florida Innovation Labs, and the Floridian Partners office building, The Ritz, learning about the construction process. Each building is at a different stage of construction, showcasing the elements that must align at that specific moment to maintain design quality. Site visits are a chance to see through the messiness of the process and ensure our project goals stay in sight. Together, we grow, collaborate, and learn how to continually elevate our work for our clients and our community.

  • Our office teamed up with Perdue Office Interiors for a truly rewarding experience—assembling food packets through the Hunger Fight Food Packing Event. 🍎🥫 We spent the day preparing meal kits that will provide much-needed nourishment to families and children at Title One elementary schools in our community. It's incredible what can be achieved when we join forces for a common cause. Every box we packed brings hope and a full stomach to kids in need. We are proud to be part of a team that values giving back!   #HungerFight #Teamwork #CommunitySupport #GiveBack

  • Cheers to a decade of design brilliance with Ben Baylor! 🎉 This week, we celebrate Ben's 10 years at ALW with twinkling lights and party décor, a fitting way to honor a guy who never shies away from fun in the office. Ben is known for his quiet nature, versatility, and BIM expertise – his work consistently elevates our projects. Ben's expertise shines through in landmark projects like the Griffin Heights Neighborhood Grocery store, Jim Moran Building, FSU Student Union, Urban Pod, Arive 850 Student Housing Development, and the Waller Park Capitol Complex. His significant contributions to these projects make us all proud. Ben is also our in-house IT Guru, and we'd be lost without his tech-savvy skills. Here's to Ben for a decade of dedication and design excellence. Congratulations, and thank you, Ben!

Lewis, AIA put it this way: “Anyone who has ever worked with Cam knows not only what a good architect he is, but also what a great person he is.
